Senior Pastor Tim Olp, D.Min.
Pastor Tim began his ministry at age 16 in his father's church as a youth leader. After completing high school he attended Bible College and began preaching at 19. At age 21, Tim went into full time evangelism traveling throughout the Northwest. After two years of full time evangelism ministry, he felt the call for Pastoring and spent the next ten years as an associate pastor.
In 1986, at age 33, Pastor Tim founded an inter-denominational church in the Northwest, which rapidly grew into one of the city's largest independent congregations. Resigning from his pastorate in 1993, Pastor Tim went into business and in 1999 moved to Phoenix Arizona where he has been involved in business start ups and real estate investments and development.
In 2005 Pastor Tim earned his doctorate of ministry degree from Phoenix University of Theology. Pastor Tim is known for his inspirational teaching and preaching, organizational development skills and leadership development.
Pastor Tim and Elaine have two sons, Jeremy, who lives in Washington State, and Jared, who along with his lovely wife Rue and son Tav, reside in Phoenix Arizona.
Elaine Olp, M.Ed.,B.M.Ed.
Elaine has always had a special anointing on her life and in her music. Throughout her life and ministry, she has had the opportunity to sing and minister to thousands of people. She has shared her gift of music across the nation, in churches and business conventions. Elaine's abilities range from competing and taking third place out of 250 contestants at the Christian Music Festival in Estes Park, Colorado, to performing the National Anthem for the Arizona Diamond Backs and Phoenix Suns games.
Elaine holds a Bachelors Degree in Music Education from Whitworth College in Spokane, Washington, a school recognized as one of the top regional colleges in the Western United States and renowned for equipping students to honor God, follow Christ and serve humanity. Elaine also holds a Masters Degree in Education from Lesley University in Cambridge,Massachusetts.
While attending Whitworth, Elaine sang professional jazz with the New Jazz Repertory Ensemble in Spokane. She went on to serve as Vocal Director for Christ Church of the Valley in Phoenix, Arizona, a church of 12,000 attendees.
In her twelve years of teaching in the public school system, Elaine has a wealth of experience and success in teaching children. She has taught vocal music ranging from kindergarten through the 12th grade, as well as substitute teaching.
Elaine has also taught both private and group voice lessons. Over the years, she has also conducted vocal workshops for numerous church organizations. Elaine is currently the Worship Leader for ChurchUSA.
Wesley Crowell, Executive Pastor
Wesley Crowell known to many as "Pastor Wes" has a diverse background in business and in ministry. After an honorable discharge from the Air Force in 1969, Wes was involved with a successful construction company as an estimator and consultant for ten years.
In 1979, Wes answered the call to ministry and built one of the largest and most successful children's ministries in Spokane, Washington. His ministry flourished, reaching well over 500 children a week through his exceptional busing program and various extended evangelism outreaches. Wes conducted city wide children's programs that attracted 1800+ children in attendance.
In 1986, Wes became an associate pastor and has served as an administrator and associate for the past 18 years in pastoral ministry. Wes is well known for his expertise and giftings in administration, accounting, office management, Christian education, pastoral care/counseling, teaching and his tremendous love for people.
During his time as an associate pastor, Wes has developed a very successful business in the beauty supply and salon industry, which he and his wife Carolyn continue to operate.
