Tom Olp

Tom Olp is a unique person with special abilities in both the ministerial and business worlds. Tom's ministry has produced some of the largest and most successful youth groups in Oregon and Washington State. Tom, along with his wife Sherrie, grew these youth groups to well over 300 teens. Tom's youth organizations were responsible for bringing scores of young people to Christ and making an impact in their communities. Tom's ministry as an associate pastor spanned approximately 15 years until he felt a call to market place ministries where he founded and owns a thriving company of more than100 employees.

With his abilities as a gifted Bible teacher, he started and is currently conducting weekly Bible studies that have thrived for a number of years for prominent community and business leaders and has resulted in the mentoring and coaching of men in their spiritual lives.

Tom's business acumen, experience, spiritual drive and exemplary life are a valuable asset to ChurchUSA's business council. Tom and Sherrie have two sons, Travis 26 and Trevor 23.

William H. Russ, M.S.,B.S.

William (Bill) Russ is Vice President, Intelligence and Information Systems (ITS), Washington Operations for Raytheon Company. He is a principal point of focus with government and industry organizations and senior leaders for C31 and telecommunications policy, planning, and technology programs in the Washington area. He also provides leadership oversight of the C31 Directorate, which provides specialized technical, engineering and testing support to the Defense Agencies, to include Joint Chiefs of Staff; Office of Secretary of Defense, White House, and other proprietary customers. Russ currently serves on the Board of Directors of the AFCEA International and Washington Chapter of AFCEA; He is also a member of the Industry Executive Subcommittee of the President's National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC).

Russ joined the Raytheon team after a 32-year career in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Major General. His most recent assignments with the Army included positions as Commanding General of the United States Army Communications- Electronics Command and Fort Monmouth, New Jersey where he led approximately 10,000 personnel in world-wide life cycle support Army C4ISR systems, also was Head of Contracting Agency and led the growth in contract awards from $3.4 billion to $8 billion a year during his 3 year tour; prior to CECOM, he was Commanding General of the United States Army Signal Command at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, where he led 13,800 personnel in providing the Army's portion of the Global Information Grid, while simultaneously providing cyber protection for Army networks around the world.

Russ held a wide variety of additional command and staff position during his Army career. Russ is a graduate of Florida A & M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics. He is also a graduate of the United States Army War College and holds a Master of Science degree in Public Administration from Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania.

CURRICULUM VITAE DWAINE L. CANOVA, M.B.A., B.S.

ENTREPRENEUR, EXECUTIVE, AND CONSULTANT

ENTREPRENEUR. Mr. Canova is CEO of Veracson, a business management company helping start-ups and stalled companies achieve their full potential by providing funding and management.
INTERNET. Mr. Canova was CEO of Synteleos, Inc., an ASP providing Transaction Management capabilities, which allow companies to improve their operating effectiveness and customer satisfaction while collaborating with many independent parties to accomplish a common task. Mr. Canova was formerly the Chairman, President and CEO of a website development and management consulting company. It was unique in its offering of marketing services, customer support services, and website design services.

PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
. Mr. Canova was President & COO of Sharing Way, a cause-related marketing and sales organization. Sharing Way increases revenue for merchants and arranges for a portion of the revenues to go to the consumers Non-Profit of choice. Mr. Canova was the President & COO of Enalasys Corporation. Enalasys provides a computerized diagnostic tool to assess the operating effectiveness of home HVAC systems.

B2B CALL CENTER SERVICES
. Mr. Canova was Founder and CEO of Zacson Corporation. Zacson was one of the earliest B2B outsourcing call center services companies. He started in 1980, with no employees, and grew it to 2,800 employees in 5 countries. The company specialized in designing and implementing alternate sales channels, marketing, customer service, and technical help desk support for Fortune 500 companies in the technology and telecommunications industries.

MANAGEMENT CONSULTING
. From 1970 through 1979, Mr. Canova was the Executive Director of the Center for Professional Studies (CPS) in Pennsylvania. CPS designed and conducted management seminars (many under the sponsorship of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania). His area of emphasis was general operating management and the design and utilization of management reports to enhance corporate operating performance.

SPEAKING/TEACHING
. Mr. Canova has spoken around the world on many business management topics. He formerly conducted management and management accounting seminars under the auspices of the Wharton School. He was also an instructor at the Academic Computer Center of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a teaching fellow at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania

WRITING
. He recently completed writing a book entitled The First Leadership/Management Methodology describing his method to provide a day-to-day operating structure for CEOs and COOs to be more productive and effective. Mr. Canova also published a book entitled Overcoming the Four Deceptions in Career Relationships. This is a motivational book to help people participate more effectively in times of intense and rapid change. It also enhances interpersonal communications to improve collaboration within teams.

VIDEO.
Mr. Canova spoke to the Stanford Alumni Association. The speech was taped and is sold as part of their video series entitled Executive Briefings. The title of the video is Customer-Focused Companies: Using Integrated Marketing Practices to Increase Profits. The concepts presented contributed to the early development of current customer relationship management (CRM) practices.

EDUCATION.
Mr. Canova earned a BS from California State University at Fresno and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
